Faced with this epidemic of emotional health crises and behavioural problems, children are struggling and parents are exhausted. Many of our kids are anxious and glued to their phones, seeking endless distraction and feeling isolated and disconnected. Aggressive outbursts have become common. And some children seem to have stopped talking all together.\nAs parents, we are increasingly alarmed. We encourage, cajole, bribe, reward, shout, but nothing seems to work. Many of us are scared; will our kids be like this forever? What can we do? Is there a way through?\nJoin Hannah for a warm and conversational workshop exploring why children are displaying more challenging behaviours than ever, and what we can do to address these issues at their root so that we can create lasting change and support our children and youth to become resilient and discover their best selves.\n*This workshop is geared to parents/guardians of children of all ages.\n
